Calfee congratulates its client, Westerville, Ohio-based Great Roofing and Restoration, on the sale of its company to Omnia Exterior Solutions™, a portfolio company of CCMP Growth Advisors, LP. Becoming an Omnia Exterior Solutions company grants Great Roofing and Restoration increased contracting resources to expand their business.

Founded in 2008, Great Roofing and Restoration provides roofing, siding, gutter, and general contracting services in the Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio markets, and in Denver, Colorado Springs, and the majority of the Front Range of Colorado.

Omnia Exterior Solutions, launched in 2023 as a portfolio company of CCMP, is a national provider of residential roofing solutions and exterior remodeling services.

CCMP is a New York-based, growth-oriented private equity firm focused on making lead buyout and growth equity investments in middle-market companies in the consumer and industrial sectors, primarily in North America.
