Calfee congratulates our client Cohen & Co, one of the top tax and accounting firms in the U.S., on its acquisition of Tax and Wealth Management, Inc. (TWM), a boutique CPA firm serving individuals and families with complex tax, estate and financial needs. The acquisition builds on Cohen & Co’s private client services, which are specialized to serve family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
