Calfee Client MCM Capital Partners Announces Acquisition of Tech NH, Inc.

Calfee client MCM Capital Partners, a Cleveland, Ohio-based micro-cap private equity firm, announced its acquisition of Tech NH, Inc., a New Hampshire-based technical injection molder serving the medical device, general industrial, defense, and green energy industries.

Calfee’s legal team was led by Corporate and Finance Group Co-Chair Brent M. Pietrafese and included Partner Gwen Gillespie Herman and Associate Attorney Alexis D. Bovell. Calfee Partner Brian A. McMahon and Senior Counsel Jerry J. Thomas handled the financing work for the transaction.
