Align Capital Partners' Veterinary Practice Management Platform VetEvolve, a Calfee Client, Acquired Brandermill Animal Hospital in Virginia

Calfee client Align Capital Partners' multi-location veterinary practice management platform VetEvolve recently acquired Brandermill Animal Hospital in Midlothian, Virginia. This acquisition marks the 17th add-on in three years for the VetEvolve platform and provides an additional location in the growing Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area.

Calfee's Corporate and Finance practice group deal team was co-led by Firm Vice Chair Terrence F. (Terry) Doyle and Associate Attorney Adam Pretty and also included Partner Ann Z. Seger and Associate Attorneys Terrence J. (TJ) Killeen, Jr., Joshua G. (Josh) Berggrun, and  Alexis D. Bovell.
