Brent Pietrafese Leads Legal Deal Team for Hartzell Propeller Inc. in Acquisition of Tanis Aircraft Products

Brent M. Pietrafese, Corporate and Finance group Partner and Co-Leader of Calfee's Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures and Sales practice, led the legal deal team, which included Calfee Corporate and Finance Associate Anthony J. Cox for Hartzell Propeller Inc. in their acquisition of Tanis Aircraft Products, a leading manufacturer of engine preheat systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft based in Minneapolis.
