Overview
Allie is an experienced corporate transactions attorney focused on advising publicly traded and privately held companies including private equity firms and their portfolio companies in various corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, business formation and development, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.
Prior to joining Calfee in 2023, Allie served as an Associate in the Business Department at Richards, Layton & Finger, a Delaware firm. During her tenure, she provided counsel and legal opinions in connection with a wide range of formation, operational, and governance matters involving Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Her practice includes advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, conversions, and dissolutions, as well as investment fund, structured finance, joint venture, and financing transactions.
In addition to her transactional work, Allie built a litigation profile by actively engaging in cases before the Delaware Chancery Court.
While in law school, Allie worked as an Extern at FINRA in New York and served as a Legal Intern for Charter Communications in St. Louis, Missouri.

Co-translated the book, "Why Privacy Matters, which was released in China in 2023 with recommendations from numerous mainstream media outlets, including Wangyi, Wenhui, and Zhihu.
Co-presented a webinar on the book, "Why Privacy Matters" with the author Neil Richards and hosted by Xian Jiaotong University to an audience of 10,000+ people in 2023.
