Alexandria Beto

Allie counsels privately held and public company clients across a range of industries in general corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, sale processes, and internal affairs.

Prior to joining Calfee in 2024, Allie served as an Associate Attorney with K&L Gates in Pittsburgh, where she gained experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate documents and agreements in connection with M&A transactions, including stock purchase, asset purchase, and transaction consents. She managed the due diligence process, including preparing legal diligence memoranda and disclosure schedules. Allie reviewed and advised on corporate governance issues and limited liability company agreements for compliance with Delaware law.

While attending law school, Allie served as an intern for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Allie earned her J.D. and Transactional Law Certificate from the Emory University School of Law in 2018. She earned her B.S. summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2015.

• Provided support as seller’s counsel on a $60 million transaction for an automotive manufacturing company.
• Served in lead associate role on an $80 million transaction for a steel manufacturing company.
• Coordinated and performed legal due diligence in connection with the sale of a large beauty company.
• Served in lead associate role as seller’s counsel on sales of three ambulatory surgery centers.
• Drafted documentation including legal consents, promissory notes, and various transfer documents in connection with internal reorganizations for two public companies.
• Provided daily corporate support to a public company including advising on corporate organization and independent manager appointments.
