Jake Blake and Josh Sanders Speak at the Mechanical Contractors Association of Ohio Annual Conference

On September 19, 2019, Jake Blake, Associate with Calfee's Litigation practice, and Josh Sanders, Vice Chair of Calfee's Government Relations and Legislation practice, gave a presentation to the Mechanical Contractors Association of Ohio at its Annual Conference. The presentation focused on recent legislative developments impacting the Association and its members, as well as Calfee’s efforts to get the State of Ohio to revise its retainage requirements in public contracts.
