Calfee Vice Chair Jennifer L. Vergilii Named to Crain's Cleveland Business Notable Women in Law 2024

Jennifer L. Vergilii, Calfee Vice Chair and Corporate and Finance Partner, was named to Crain's Cleveland Business 2024 Notable Women in Law.

Crain's recognizes top women in law in Cleveland who serve in a senior-level role at their firms, positively impact their clients, serve as a role model or mentor, promote inclusive practices in the workplace, and have assumed a leadership role in professional organizations and community service.

Jenn joined Calfee in 2001 and was elected  Partner in 2007. She served for many years as Co-Chair of the Corporate and Finance practice group, and she provides legal counsel to clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions and general business matters, serving start-ups, closely held family businesses, and multinational public companies. Jenn was elected Calfee's first female Firm Vice Chair in 2023 after being elected to the firm's Management Committee in 2021. She serves the community as a member of the Executive Committee, Board Vice Chair, and Secretary for The Achievement Centers for Children, an organization that helps individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential. She is a member of the 2018 Leadership Cleveland class and was elected to join In Counsel With Women in 2018.
