Calfee Estate Planning Partner Jaclyn Vary and Associate Maureen Pavicic Co-Author an Article for CURRENTS Magazine

Jaclyn M. Vary, Partner and Vice Chair of Calfee's Estate and Succession Planning and Administration group, and Maureen T. Pavicic, Associate with the group, co-authored an article titled, "Do you have trust issues? Do you believe that irrevocable trusts are truly unchangeable? Consider a private settlement agreement," for the November 2021 issue of CURRENTS magazine, in a supplement piece from the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. 

The article discusses the potential benefits that private settlement agreements (PSAs) can offer in instances where changes are being proposed to irrevocable trusts, in addition to providing a list of examples where PSAs could be utilized.
