Patrick Hayes Co-authors "The Revenant of Fair Value Cometh for Fixed Income Markets" Article for NSCP Currents

Patrick D. Hayes, Senior Counsel with Calfee's Investment Management and Corporate and Capital Markets practices, co-authored an article for the September 2020 issue of the National Society of Compliance Professionals's NSCP Currents, with Jennifer Selliers, Director of Internal Compliance at the State of Tennessee, Department of Treasury.

The article, titled "The Revenant of Fair Value Cometh for Fixed Income Markets," centers on the importance of firms having a process in place to value fixed income securities on their own rather than relying on valuations from a major custodians in order to properly determine the fair value of the security.
