Brent Pietrafese Leads Legal Deal Team for MCM Capital's Acquisition of EB Industries

Brent Pietrafese, Co-Leader of Calfee's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, directed the Calfee legal deal and financing team comprised of Gwen Gillespie Herman, Lydia Warkentin, Brian McMahon and Mona Ma for MCM Capital Partners in its acquisition of EB Industries. 

EB Industries is a highly specialized electron beam and laser welding service provider for demanding applications in the aerospace, medical device, semiconductor and energy industries. The company also provides additional services such as 3D laser-cutting, engineering, tool design and fabrication, destructive and non-destructive testing and supply chain management.
