Overview
Hunter represents private equity firms, corporate borrowers and institutional lenders in various debt financing transactions. His experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, managing due diligence, and coordinating closings.
In addition to his debt finance work, Hunter represents investors and companies in venture capital financings and other capital markets transactions.
He has also represented corporate entities in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the drafting of various commercial contracts.
During law school, Hunter served as a Judicial Extern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also served as an Intern with HCDC, Inc. and with the University of Cincinnati Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. Since law school, he has continued to support the Clinic as a supervising attorney.
