Dominic Bonacci

Dominic leads the firm’s development and application of project management best practices, tools, techniques and educational programs to benefit clients, attorneys and administrative personnel. He is active in the application of legal project management initiatives and assists in matter planning and developing legal services budgets using alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).

Dominic brings more than 20 years of project management experience from a variety of roles in the special events, academic conference and business continuity industries. He has conducted in-person workshop training on project management-related topics for Best Career Leap Pvt, Ltd, an international career training firm specializing in providing customized management and technical training to clients.

He honed his project management skills in the frenzied environment of event management and air show production where he created and implemented systems and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation. He reduced the onsite field work schedule by 50 percent with his implementation of a revised operational plan.

Dominic joined Calfee in 2017. He is not licensed to practice law.
