Overview
Carol is skilled at conducting, analyzing and summarizing online trademark searches and analyzing and summarizing the third-party full search results.
She also prepares trademark applications, renewal applications, affidavits of use and other maintenance documents, as well as responses to office actions. Carol often communicates and works directly with the firm’s trademark clients on such matters. She also interacts regularly with the firm’s extensive network of foreign associates.
Before joining Calfee, Carol worked for Jones Day, Sealy Inc., and Yulish, Twohig & Associates Co., L.P.A.
