Todd Palmer Spoke on a Panel Discussing Workplace Active Shooter Response Strategies

On April 25, Todd Palmer, partner in Calfee’s Labor and Employment group, served as a part of a panel discussion that highlighted active shooter/workplace violence preparedness. Panelists discussed practical strategies and responses employers can use in an active shooter situation. Panelists also offered advice and practical steps employers can take in advance to prevent an active shooter situation from occurring.

At Calfee, Todd works closely with clients regarding employee discipline and discharge decisions and to develop employee handbooks and personnel policies, including drug testing, workplace harassment and disciplinary policies.
