Steve Day Presented on Starting a Nonprofit at Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association

Calfee Partner Steve Day spoke at a Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) event on March 30 called “ So You Want to Start a Nonprofit? Here’s What You Need to Know.” The program discussed business models, charitable purpose, operations, donations, government filing, board of directors, members and volunteers and more. The program was a part of “Reach Out:  Legal Assistance for Nonprofits,” a program of the CMBA.
