Jim Lang and Maryellen Corbett Author Update to Ohio’s Municipal Law Treatise

Jim Lang, Partner in our Business, Corporate and Commercial Litigation group, and Maryellen Corbett, Senior Counsel in our Government Relations and Legislation and Public Law and Finance groups, authored an update to Ohio’s Municipal Law Treatise, which is set to be released December 15.

Jim authored the update to the chapters “Baldwin’s Ohio Practice” and “Local Government Law – Municipal”. Maryellen authored the update the chapter titled “Open Meetings and Public Records”.
