Calfee Represents CapitalWorks in Recent Sale

Calfee represented CapitalWorks, a private equity firm based in Cleveland, in the sale of its investment in KKSP Precision Manufacturing, one of North America’s leading manufacturer’s of machined-metal components produced on automatic screw machines, to Mill Point Capital, a middle-market private equity firm.
