Overview
Sam joined Calfee as an Associate Attorney in 2024 after serving as a Summer Associate in 2022 and 2023, where she gained experience conducting legal research on a variety of issues in the fields of civil litigation and estate planning to collaborate and make recommendations to assigning attorneys.
Sam earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was a Michael E. Moritz Merit Scholar. She published a note, "Empowering Children’s Rights Where They Matter: Implementing Child-Inclusive Mediations in Divorce Proceedings," in The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. She also served as a judicial extern with the United States District Court, Southern District for the Hon. Algenon L. Marbley.
She earned her B.A. in History and Psychology with a minor in Spanish, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Ohio University, where she was a John Newton Templeton Scholar.
