Kasey C. Redding

Kasey advises public and privately held companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and sales; commercial contracting; corporate governance; and business formation and development.

While earning her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Kasey served as Vice President of Alumni Affairs for the Health Law Society. She also served as Staff Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and as the Student Representative and Moritz Social Media Representative for the Themis Bar Review. 

Kasey joined Calfee in 2024 after serving as a Summer Associate at Calfee in 2023.

• Calfee served as exclusive counsel to a multi-billion private equity firm client in its 2024 sale of all of the equity interests of a portfolio company to a global private equity firm.
• Calfee served as exclusive counsel to a publicly traded Fortune 500 manufacturing company in its 2024 acquisition of substantially all of the assets a company located in Hawaii and a company located in New York.
