Conner H. Judson

Conner is an Associate Attorney with Calfee’s Real Estate and Corporate and Finance practice groups.

Conner joined Calfee in 2024 after serving as a Summer Associate in 2021 and 2022.

Conner earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2023. During this time, he was an online editor for the Ohio State Law Journal and authored a student commentary selected for publication.

Prior to law school, Conner gained experience working for several prominent commercial real estate firms in the Cleveland area.

Experience

• Calfee served as exclusive counsel to a multi-billion private equity firm client in its 2024 sale of all of the equity interests of a portfolio company to a global private equity firm.
• Calfee served as underwriter's counsel to a publicly traded Fortune 500 bank for bonds issued by a Midwestern county and secured by non-tax revenues of the county to finance a portion of a museum's renovation and expansion; the project is seen as a catalyst for additional development of the lakefront area where the museum is located.
