Mara Cushwa to Speak at the CMBA’s 38th Annual Real Estate Law Institute

Mara Cushwa, Partner and Chair of our Real Estate practice group, will speak on the panel, “The Executioner’s Song – Legal Opinions in Real Estate Financing Transactions,” during the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 38th Annual Real Estate Law Institute on November 10 at the CMBA in Cleveland.

The Real Estate Law Institute is an annual event that provides two days of programming and networking opportunities for Real Estate Law professionals. Additional panel topics include “Fast Track Foreclosure Updates” and “Legal Opinions in Real Estate Financing Transactions”.
