Kris Spreen to Participate in Webinar Surrounding the JOBS Act

On April 26, Kris Spreen, partner in Calfee’s Corporate and Capital Markets group, will participate in a webinar titled “Impact of the JOBS Act on Private Offerings.” The JOBS Act (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) was enacted in 2012 to reduce the regulatory burdens and barriers many start-up businesses face. This webinar is the first of three in a series and will highlight how the JOBS Act has impacted private offerings and explore the concept of “accredited investor crowdfunding.” Learn more about this webinar series.
