Karla Rogers and Gary Ellsworth to Speak During OSBA Real Estate Seminar

Karla Rogers and Gary Ellsworth, attorneys in the Real Estate practice group, will speak on "Starting Out Right: Acquisition Documents" during the Ohio State Bar Association's "Advanced Topics in Commercial Real Estate Law" seminar on Thursday, August 10 from 8am-4pm at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association in Cleveland.

Karla and Gary's session will provide an examination of key issues in letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements, including representations and warranties, due diligence matters, closing conditions and default remedies.
