James Sullivan to Speak at Akron Bar Association on Dec. 15

On December 15, James Sullivan, partner in Calfee’s insurance recovery group, will speak at a CLE session titled “Advanced Issues in Insurance Coverage Law” at the Akron Bar Association. His presentation, “Let’s Make a Deal: The Role of Representations and Warranties Insurance in M&A Transactions,” will include information regarding several of the “areas of inquiry” described by the Ohio State Bar Association in the Insurance Coverage Law Standards of Specialization.
