James Sullivan and Alex Reich Co-Author Article for Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Bar Journal

James Sullivan and Alex Reich have co-authored an article for the February edition of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Bar Journal, titled “How Late is Too Late? The Timing of Tender and Its Impact on Coverage.” The article discusses the implications of late notice of claims-made insurance policies and occurrence based insurance policies. James focuses his practice on counseling and litigating insurance coverage disputes on behalf of insurance policyholders. He also litigates general business disputes.
