Fritz E. Berckmueller Recently Spoke at an American Bar Association Event

Fritz E. Berckmueller, partner in Calfee’s Litigation group and head of the White Collar Defense and Investigations group, recently spoke at the American Bar Association’s 11th Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud in Park City, Utah. His presentation was entitled “Prosecution and Defense of Securities Class Actions and Related Derivative Suits.” Fritz has extensive experience defending securities and shareholder litigation, SEC enforcement matters, and white collar criminal cases as well as conducting internal corporate investigations for boards and audit committees.
