Chris Jones to Speak at Ohio Manufacturers Association Meeting March 22

On March 22, Chris Jones, senior counsel in Calfee’s Environmental group, will speak on a panel at the Ohio Manufacturers Association (OMA) Environment Committee meeting. As the former Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Director, Chris will share his perspective on the impacts of the Ohio EPA Industry Permit Processing Efficiency Committee. The meeting will also discuss the update on Ohio EPA’s Phosphorus Mandate for Industrial Dischargers and an environmental regulation proposing 50 percent increase in solid waste fees.
