Calfee Represents MCM Capital Partners in Acquisition of First Impression Ironworks

Calfee is proud to have represented MCM Capital Partners, a micro-cap private equity firm based in Cleveland, in their acquisition of First Impression Ironworks (FII). Brent Pietrafese, Partner in our Corporate & Capital Markets group, led the legal efforts and counsel for MCM and was supported by Gwen Gillespie Herman. Brian McMahon, Partner in our Commercial Business and Finance group assisted MCM with the debt financing for the acquisition. FII is a manufacturer and installer of custom ornamental ironwork located in Phoenix, Arizona. Calfee has provided counsel to MCM in more than 10 acquisition-based engagements.
