Brent Pietrafese and Brian McMahon Lead Legal Deal Team for PNC Erieview Capital

Brent Pietrafese, co-leader of Calfee's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, and Brian McMahon, partner with Calfee’s Commercial and Public Finance practice group, directed the legal deal team comprised of Mark Tupa and Mona Ma, for PNC Erieview Capital, a division of PNC Capital Finance LLC in connection with their equity and subordinated debt investment in the acquisition vehicle formed by Ridgemont Equity Partners to acquire Munch’s Supply LLC.

Founded in 1956, Munch is a leading supplier of HVAC equipment to residential and commercial customers in the Midwest, Great Plains and Mountain states through 27 branch locations. The company distributes products from more than 100 leading HVAC equipment, parts and supplies manufacturers, including Trane, American Standard, Rheem and Mitsubishi.
