Speaking Engagement
On August 8, Matt Mendoza, partner in Calfee’s Construction Litigation group, will present during the American Bar Association’s August 2018 Division Conference Call and Hot Topic Discussion. Matt’s presentation is titled “Is There Insurance Coverage for the Indemnity Obligations in My Construction Contract?" and will discuss the limitations on the ability to obtain insurance coverage for indemnity obligations in construction contracts. He will also provide recommendations concerning ways to make sure insurance is available to cover as many of the indemnity obligations as possible.
