While attending law school, he was the salutatorian and was a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Moot Court Team. John also received several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for his law classes, including Patent Law & Practice, Torts, and Secured Transactions.
John had the opportunity to participate in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Committee (NAAC) Competition (2016-2017) in Washington, D.C. where he won a Regional Best Advocate Award for top scores in oral advocacy.
He earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and interned with Gap, Inc. working with the logistics and inventory optimization teams.
John joined Calfee in 2017.
