She has expertise in building coalitions that include local and state grassroots and grass tops, as well as hiring and managing local and state political counsel. Christine’s deep and vast working relationships on the Hill and downtown enable her to quickly assess clients’ needs and provide insightful strategic advice.
Christine spent 18 years in the Public Law and Policy Group inside the Washington, D.C. office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld providing specialized advice and counsel for firm clients. She served as legislative counsel on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs under former Chairman and U.S. Senator Alfonse D’Amato (R-NY). She also handled appropriations and other issues for former U.S. Senator Lauch Faircloth (R-NC). She has worked as a lobbyist in Ohio, as well as served as a staffer in the Ohio Senate, Ohio Attorney General’s office and Connecticut General Assembly.
Involved in political work, Christine has volunteered on numerous campaigns, including Presidential, U.S. Senate and U.S. House races.
