Annual Firm Update 2021

While 2020 was an incredibly challenging year for all, Calfee remained focused on helping clients by delivering personalized legal and business counsel as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring that our clients receive best-in-class client service as we transition to a New Year, and that entails maintaining optimal leadership and practice structures that benefit from new and diverse perspectives.

Firm and Practice Group Leadership 

We are pleased to announce the following firm leadership and practice leadership additions, which are effective January 1, 2021:

• John S. Cipolla, Partner and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property practice group and member of the Management Committee, will serve as Firm Vice Chair.
• Jennifer L. (Jenn) Vergilii, Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate and Finance practice group, has been elected to the Management Committee.
• Mark W. McDougall, Partner, has been named Co-Chair of Calfee's Intellectual Property practice group.
• Colleen M. O’Neil, Partner, has been named Co-Chair of the Litigation practice group.
