James A. Singler
, partner in Calfee’s Estate and Succession Planning group, recently gave a presentation on estate planning at the University Club of Cincinnati. The presentation was entitled “Calfee Estate Planning Presents: When the Queen City was the Sin City Historically Entertaining Tales of Crime and Death.”
At Calfee, Jim works with clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, complex estate and gift tax issues, wealth transfers, business succession planning, planning for children with special needs, Medicaid planning and elder law issues. He also has experience counseling clients with respect to the formation and representation of private foundations, public charities and other nonprofit entities.
