Marcia Wexberg Quoted in Article on Avoiding Family Fights During Estate Planning

Marcia Wexberg, partner and co-chair of Calfee’s Estate and Succession Planning practice group, was recently quoted in an article, titled “Family fights during estate planning common, but avoidable.” The article appeared in Cleveland Jewish News and covered suggestions for quelling unnecessary inheritance altercations by pre-planning the division of estates and dividing the estate equally.

Josh Sanders Joins Board of Ohio Lobbying Association

Josh Sanders, a partner in Calfee’s Columbus office, will present on “Current Legislative Updates – What Government Attorneys Need to Know,” on February 27. The presentation is a part of a two-day CLE seminar from the National Business Institute. The seminar will be held in Akron and is themed “Local Government Law From Start to Finish.”
