Pam is a paralegal who works primarily in the Public Law and Estate & Succession Planning practice groups.
Pam has over 25 years of experience in public law, focusing on all types of transactions including public finance and complex structured finance. She provides dedicated support to attorneys who serve as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, conduit borrower counsel, and credit enhancement provider counsel on tax-exempt and taxable financings by or through various municipalities and governmental entities. These matters have included general obligation financing, water and sewer system revenue financing, airport system financing, lease revenue financing, tax increment financing, financings of facilities for nonprofit and private users, including hospitals, healthcare facilities continuing care retirement communities, nonprofit colleges and universities, cultural facilities, industrial facilities, and economic development projects.
Before joining Calfee, Pam worked for Thompson Hine LLP as a paralegal in the Commercial & Public Finance and Corporate & Securities practice groups. She joined Calfee in 2016.
