Kirsty focuses her practice on assisting publicly traded and privately held companies in a wide range of business disputes, including contract, business tort, commercial and insurance coverage claims.
She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2013 from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Political Science from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2008.
Kirsty worked as a summer associate at Calfee in 2012, where she completed a range of research and writing projects. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant for two law school professors and in 2011, she worked as a legal intern for investigations for the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform in Washington, D.C.
Kirsty is a volunteer mentor for Minds Matter, a charitable organization that helps high school students prepare to enter college. Fluent in Spanish, she also spent a year teaching second grade in Honduras before entering law school.
Kirsty joined Calfee in 2013.
