Jaclyn counsels individuals, families and businesses primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate law, nonprofit law, trust administration and related legal matters.
Jaclyn listens to her clients’ goals to develop a customized estate plan that will implement appropriate solutions. Jaclyn enjoys facilitating peace of mind for individuals, families and business she represents. She instills confidence in her clients through her attention to detail and knowledge of technical details. Jaclyn has presented on a wide variety of topics including handling art work and collections in estate planning and charitable giving, estate planning with beneficiary designations, pay-on-death and transfer-on-death accounts and revocable trust planning.
Jaclyn advises numerous nonprofit organizations on a variety of legal issues through her involvement with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and Reach Out Committees. She also assists the Foundation Center of Cleveland with its regular program, “Is Starting a Nonprofit Right for You?”
She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland; the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, as well as a member of its Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Committee and Reach Out for Nonprofit Organizations Committee, the Geauga County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. She is also a member of University Hospitals Diamond Advisory Group and the Planned Giving Council of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Jaclyn is a Past Chair of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Good Deeds Committee of the Geauga County Bar Association.
